In Our 23rd Year

Total Farm Experience For The Whole Family!

Our Farm is an award winning family farm that has been growing and selling farm fresh produce at a roadside stand since 1985. In the fall of 1988, horse rides, a petting zoo,  hayrides, and U-pick pumpkins were added.  This spring Our Farm was granted the Emily Marshall Champion of Tourism Award given to the business in Madison County that has had great impact on tourism in our area.  This year's corn maze honors our National Pastime, Baseball.

We are open to the public starting on the weekend of September 29 and will be open on Columbus Day
(stand is open every day). We are also available to school and other groups on weekdays by reservations.

In 2004 we introduced our new barn serving as an indoor picnic area and educational display. We have enough space for over 100 children. There are educational displays involving wool, taking you through the processes to the final product. There is also a display on various aspects of dairy farming.

This year Our Farm is teaming up with the Food Bank of Central NY to help fight hunger locally.  $1 of every admission dollar collected on the weekends will be donated directly to the Food Bank. While enjoying the bounty of crops on the farm, it is helpful to remember that there are those right here in Central NY who struggle to have enough to eat. Our Farm is proud to be associated with the Food Bank of Central NY.

For the second year, Boris, the trebuchet,  will be throwing pumpkins, to the delight of the public. This year we are introducing a new dimension to the spectacle. We will be throwing pumpkins at a hay castle that we constructed out of giant square bales and large round bales. And in front of the hay castle will be placed a large trampoline. We're not sure what will happen if a pumpkin hits the trampoline dead on, but we hope to find out.

Click here and here to see Boris throw a pumpkin!

We hope you will come visit "Our Farm" this fall and every fall.

Golub Farm
When you visit Our Farm you feel as though you've come for a visit to someone's home.
That's because that's exactly what you're doing. The Golubs welcome you
to their home to share the many experiences of Our Farm.

Ginger

If you come on the weekend, you may
be greeted by Ginger Golub, who helps out on
the stand, and Sammy Golub who helps greet visitors and provides comic relief
(Sammy's the bulldog).
